Section 2

Key Clinician-Facing Features & How to Use Them

Summary for My Counselor (Exportable Clinical Trend Sheet)

What it is

An automated between-session summary compiled from the client's own inputs: craving frequency, peak times, coping tools used, and tapering logs. Nothing is sent anywhere — the client chooses to show, share, or export it.

How to use in session

Encourage clients to tap Export Summary before check-ins. Reviewing the report takes under 30 seconds and converts session starts from vague recall into objective, behavior-based discussion.

Feature A

Clinician-Guided Tapering & Hydration Log

What it is

A non-medical tracking module where clients enter their prescribed medication/taper schedule and daily hydration targets, then log adherence, symptoms, and side effects in real time between visits.

How to use in session

Counselors and prescribing clinicians can sit with the client to enter prescribed dosage targets accurately. The resulting log surfaces adherence patterns and physical symptoms worth discussing at the next visit.

Feature B

Craving & Trigger Trend Analytics

What it is

Real-time craving logging capturing intensity on a 1–10 scale, specific triggers, and time-of-day spikes.

How to use in session

Look for pattern clusters — for example, consistent Friday evening spikes — and use them to refine the client's individual safety and coping plan.

Feature C

Zero-Barrier Crisis & SOS Routing

What it is

Instant one-tap access to 911 (overdose/medical), 988 (crisis lifeline), the local Central MN Mobile Crisis Team (800-432-8781), and personal trusted contacts the client adds themselves.

How to use in session

During safety planning, assist the client in adding 1–3 trusted personal contacts to their SOS button so help is one tap away in an acute moment.

Feature D

Section 3

Step-by-Step Counselor Workflow Integration

Step 1 · Introduction

During intake or group check-out, provide the client with a QR card or the link noeticrightnowormeekerorpilot.com so they can open the app on their own phone.

Step 2 · Between sessions

The client uses the grounding tools during acute distress and logs cravings, coping attempts, or taper and hydration progress as they happen.

Step 3 · In-session review

The client opens the app, taps “Summary for My Counselor,” and shares or displays the trend report during the individual check-in.

Noetic: Right Now is a stabilization bridge, not a treatment provider. In an emergency, clients should call 911, 988, or the Central MN Mobile Crisis Team at 800-432-8781.
